The space

Not designed
to impress.
But it does.

Natural light. Art on the walls that earns its place rather than fills it. Bookshelves paired with small tables. A patio that opens toward the water, with the Biomuseo in the distance and ships moving beyond it. You come in for a coffee and find yourself staying.

Paulo Alfaro

Built quietly.
On purpose.

Paulo Alfaro began working on Olimpia in 2023 — no announcement, no launch campaign. Using the lower level of the family building directly across from the Flat Arch, he built it piece by piece. His father, artist Brooke Alfaro, contributes work that lives in the space without dominating it.

This is not a concept designed to meet expectations. It is a space built from experience.

The collection

Art that earns its place.

Paintings, pastels, sculptures, and historic maps placed throughout the space. No labels, no pricing, no pressure.
